Project included Site Improvements, demolition of existing maintenance building. Reconfigure the faculty parking lot to accommodate for the new 4,960sf maintenance building.

The new 4,960sf maintenance building will include a carpentry, HVAC, & Paint Shop, Offices for the Facilities Department, Lockers/Break room and Restrooms.  A new 1,612sf Chiller Yard with improved chilled water supply and return piping to various parts of campus. The project included a new Mower Shop.
