This joint-use facility provided academic space for St. Petersburg College and a Performing Arts Theater for the American Stage Theater along with a Box Office that serves the Florida Orchestra. New construction of a five story addition that included a new 200 seat theater, box office, pre-function spaces, art gallery and back stage support spaces, The third through fifth floors are shell space that will be used for future use as classrooms and faculty offices. From beginning of design to the completion of the building was one year.
