PROJECT NAME
Coqunia Club - Food Service
CLIENT
USF St. Petersburg
SIZE
3,800 sf
BUDGET
$334,960
DESCRIPTION
The goal of this project was to transform a dated cafeteria, which was not being utilized by the students, and turn it into an exciting meeting place for the students.
The University allowed students to be an integral part of the planning and design process. Comfort and flexability were important factors in the overall design.
The design allows the space to be divided into more intimate areas for studying and for regular food service activities. In addition, the space has the flexability to move the furniture around and utilize the small stage as the end of the dinning hall for showing movies, playing small concerts and allowing for other special events.
