DESCRIPTION
This building houses the City's Central Purchasing Department, the Central Records Department and the support facility for Computer Services.
The basic structure of the building consists of a pre-engineered structural system with an exterior stucco finish over masonry walls. The intent was to develop an appealing, economical construction. The use of color enhances the various planes on the elevation.
