DESCRIPTION
This project was done in two phases with the first phase completed in 1999. To facilitate continuous use of the building by the College, construction was completed on one half of the building prior to commencing alterations on the other. The existing building was constructed in the 1950’s and the remodeling consisted of totally gutting the building to the structural system. New exterior skin, A/C system, new audio/visual technology and all new smart classrooms were constructed to create a virtually new building.
