DESCRIPTION
The Iota Complex at Eckerd College created four houses that consisted of 145 bed residences. 52 of these residences were double bedrooms and 48 were single bedrooms. Each house included a living room. Two houses have Kitchenettes and two of the houses have Laundry Rooms.
The project is awaiting final certification of its LEED Certified status. There was a need to adjust the scope and have the project fast tracked and it was still able to be completed in only 295 days.
